Dot Charitable Update: October 2022

We intentionally published this month’s update on National First Responders Day. Supporting the brave firefighters, emergency technicians, paramedics, and other first responders is one of the focus areas of our philanthropy. Thank you for working to keep our communities safe.
Our locations have made several donations this year to first responders. This month, Dot Foods Georgia donated $6,000 to the Vidalia Fire Department to help them purchase decontamination equipment. We look forward to continuing our partnership with first responders across the country. Here’s a recap of our other recent charitable activities.
Neighbor to Neighbor
Our annual food pantry donation program is going strong with deliveries from several locations this month. Through Neighbor to Neighbor, we give local pantries near all our U.S. locations the opportunity to select up to $5,000 worth of product. Our employees then volunteer their time to help unload the product at the pantries.
