D&I Strategic Initiatives in Action

  • Diversity Leadership Group (DLG)

    The DLG directs our initiatives to support inclusiveness and increase the diversity of our employees.

  • Women's Leadership Group (WLG)

    The WLG drives key changes in areas such as professional development, work-life balance, and hiring and retention strategies.

  • Dot Diversity Champions

    These employees undergo unconscious bias and microbehaviors training to create awareness and affect change.

Employee Resource Groups

  • Employee resource groups (ERG) at Dot are available to all employees at all locations*. ERGs are made up of employees who share a common cultural, social, or gender status; and employees who are non-identifying allies. Each ERG has a unique mission and vision centered around providing support to Dot employees of diverse communities, enhancing employee development and education, and more.

  • EmpowHER

    Strives to cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and empowers women at all levels of the organization through connection, collaboration, and discussion.

  • Kaleidoscope

    Provides support and outreach to Dot’s LGBTQIA+ employees, thereby bolstering acceptance and inclusion within the organization.

  • Multicultural ERG (MERG)

    Aims to bring together employees of all cultures, backgrounds, abilities, races, and ethnicities to celebrate, raise awareness about, and embrace the unique dimensions of diversity.

  • Veterans ERG (VERG)

    Champions internal and external honor, support, and outreach to veterans.

  • Young Professionals

    Gives members an opportunity to network around Dot and their community while further developing professional skills.
