At each Dot Foods location, dedicated employees meet multiple times a year, volunteering their time to Dot Charitable. They do so because they care.
They care about their communities. They care about nonprofit organizations. And they care where Dot's charitable dollars go. Through this philanthropic spirit, our company has made a tremendous impact on our local communities.
All our distribution centers and corporate offices have charitable committees that lead the charge with fundraising events, volunteerism, and grant approval for their regions.

In 2024, our annual company-matched fundraising campaigns raised $806,000 for local chapters of these organizations.
Neighbor to Neighbor
Since 2014, we've donated and delivered $2.5 million of food products to 210 local food pantries through our Neighbor to Neighbor program.
Volunteering
Our employees logged nearly 4,800 volunteer hours in 2024 through Teaming with Local Charities, which awards employees for volunteerism.

Tracy Family Foundation
Dot’s founding family established the Tracy Family Foundation (TFF) in 1997 to "advance innovative, collaborative, and sustainable change in communities and cultivate a philanthropic spirit in all generations of the Robert and Dorothy Tracy family."
Since its inception, TFF has awarded more than $50 million to organizations primarily located in West Central Illinois. Dot Foods proudly donates a portion of our profits to the foundation to support their mission.
