Cambridge City, Ind. - Dot Foods is proud to announce the promotion of Rinda Kieffer to human resources manager at its Indiana Distribution Center. General Manager Randy Templin made the announcement.

"Rinda has proven to be a great leader and a very hard worker," Templin said of Kieffer, who's been with Dot for 6 years. "We're excited about the opportunity for Rinda to lead our HR department. I'm sure she'll succeed, just as she has in any other role."

Kieffer started her career with Dot Foods in 2007 as operations supervisor after 12 years at Lowe's, seven of which were in management. She has assisted in driver hiring and led many of the Indiana DC's compliance inspections in her previous role. In her new post, Kieffer will lead all initiatives for recruiting, hiring, benefits and charitable giving, amongst other responsibilities. Kieffer has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana University.

"I'm very excited about the opportunity to move into an expanded role," Kieffer said. "Dot has been a great place to learn and grow my career. It's great to see the results of hard work. I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead."
