LIVERPOOL, N.Y. - Dot Foods' Liverpool distribution center and five other local companies celebrated their fifth annual Earth Day Event. A photo of the participants from Dot Foods can be found at http://budurl.com/LiverpoolED.
Employees were treated to a cookout of hamburgers and bratwursts after hitting the streets to pick up trash and litter around the neighborhood last Friday. Dot also provided participants Earth Day T-shirts and key chains made from recycled denim and plastic.
Each of Dot Foods' eight distribution centers across the country held its own Earth Day event to raise awareness for recycling, energy efficiencies and the importance of keeping the community and workplace litter-free.
Dot Foods and Dot Transportation continue to experience exceptional growth and are hiring in record numbers. Both companies are looking to fill several positions for full and part-time drivers and warehouse personnel in all eight locations.
