MT.STERLING, Ill - Dot Foods, the nation's largest food redistributor, is expanding their poultry offering through a partnership with Brakebush Brothers (Brakebush) in which Dot will carry Brakebush's chicken filets, wings, tenderloins, fajita strips and other further-processed chicken offerings. The first Dot deliveries of Brakebush chicken will began on September 10, 2012.

"Brakebush is a high quality producer of further-processed chicken and they will be a great addition to our program," said Park Plank, senior business development manager at Dot Foods.

Customers can now order as little as one each of Brakebush products within their Dot order, rather than having to meet required minimums of a direct order.

"Being able to bring our industry experience to Dot's program will benefit both parties," said Rob Caradonna, director of business development at Brakebush. "We're very excited about this venture and the opportunity to expand our customer reach."
